"Mark is a master carpenter. My original design was with a sloped roof, Mark recommended that he would build an apex roof. It would have been so much easier to have built the sloped one but esthetically the apex roof looks fantastic. He is capable to do just about anything, including building a hip on a metal roof."

"Doug came out to our house and was a stellar salesman and he’s the reason I’m writing this review. He demonstrated thoroughly how superior their countertops are compared to others and provided many samples and had many more in his car. He took time to listen to us and help us decide what would look the best. The problem came with the cost-not his fault. The quote given to us was over 2.5x higher then Lowe’s, Home Depot, and two other granite supply companies in Knoxville. While Doug said he could try to work with us on the price we were just way too far apart. While they do have a superior product and it is worth more than traditional granite...it’s not worth that much more. Go with Doug and this company if you can afford it; they seem like they have great customer service."

"We had a very good experience with Closet Solutions. We have a small walk-in closet and basically we just wanted more space and for our closet to look nice and neat. Pam came out to give us a free estimate and measure our closet. She then sent us her design. She had some good suggestions for optimizing our space such as adding a wall for hanging robes, purses, etc. I also fell in love with the jewelry drawer and decided to add that also. The installers came out and installed the entire closet system in approx 2-1/2 to 3 hours. We were amazed at how much space we gained by simply having a bar for hanging clothes instead of the wire system. We also had shelves built up to 8' (we have 9' ceilings), which gives us much needed storage. The materials used are of good quality - we visited their showroom to see the material used before purchasing. When we get ready to do the closet in our office, we will definitely use Closet Solutions again."

With that issue fixed, the kitchen would function perfectly for our needs. <br /> We contacted Butch and he gave us a reasonable price to replace and refit the drawers. We couldn't be happier with the work and the end result. <br /> Butch is a true craftsman - a rare find these days. His work is matticulous! <br /> The cabinets he was working with were not perfectly plumb or level, so making drawers work and align was not a simple task. He solved the problem perfectly. We now have drawers that slide smoothly and fit perfectly. <br /> I wish we had a few more jobs around the house for him to work on, he's such a pleasure to work with. <br />"

"They did good. To get the quote, I had an available countertop. They told me that they could bring it in three pieces. They did have to cut it a couple more places. Every time they made an appointment, the finished job was good. Everything was good with them."
