Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"OK.....after a couple of issues came up initially....1) first appt. was "lost in space" (not written down by the him who scheduled me)....2) reschedule was to be first thing this morning and he had a dead battery and flat tire and called me to let me know he would of course, be late. Guess these things can happen to anyone. The work seemed very thorough. Kane scheduled the repair, arrived on time, identified the source and fixed my gas leak that happened to be a corroded & busted gas pipe under my home's laundry room slab. Others companies wanted to charge much more to reroute my gas lines above ground but Kane with Monster Plumbing broke the concrete, found the problem and fixed it. This meant i didn't have to spend extra money on drywall repair that would be needed after a reroute. I highly recommend Monster Plumbing and I would differently hire them again!!!"
