"It's hard to find lower end home theater installers for a reasonable price if they'll even come at all. These guys came out within 2-3 days and had my system running in less than 2 hours. Well Done!"

"Very satisfied. Installers showed up on time, set everything up, hid the cables, etc. A+ for promptness, quality, and being polite & professional."

"Melvin was great. He did a fantastic job and gave me advice I was looking for on the type of bracket and where exactly to mount the TV. When the time comes for more home theater work in my house I will be calling Melvin back."

"I had Michael install 2 tvs and cameras in my house recently. There was a lot of wire that had to be run all over the house, he did a great job organizing, hiding the wires helping me choose the right equipment and getting everything done in the time he promised. Overall very satisfied with the quality of work and level of expertise. Reasonable prices for the amount of work that had to be done. Will have him come back to do a theater system tvs speaker system in the basement once im ready. Would recommend."

"It was installed as advertised"

"Great. Came early even and quickly installed the speakers. Gave some recommendations on what else we could do."

"I called to schedule a 1-hour in-home computer tune-up.  The person I spoke with seemed very professional and we made an appointment for 3:30 pm the next Friday.  ON the day of the appointment, my husband got a call at 9 am from someone who said he was coming to our house and was going to late.  The guy calling had trouble explaining who he was, but my husband figured out eventually that he was coming from Geek Choice and that he thought the appointment was at 9 am.  My husband explained that I wasn't home and that the appointment was actually scheduled for 3:30 pm.  The technician was pretty upset - despite the fact that he was half an hour away from our house at that time.  But he did agree to come at 3:30 pm.
At 3:50 pm, no sign of him.  I called to see what was going on.  He didn't apologize, just said he was caught in traffic -- that Friday afternoons are a bad time to be on the highway.  At the time, he was so far away that even without  traffic it would have taken him 30 minutes to get to our house.  I said we would need to reschedule and he seemed shocked.  I decided that with that level of customer service, I would just find someone else.

"Hire him. Easy and great to work with. First phone call to STT was returned by Karim within 10 minutes. We set a date for an estimate, day of, he showed up on time, walked us through the process, answered all questions and took as much time with myself and my husband as we needed to feel comfortable. We received estimate promptly and made date for installation. On day of installation, Karim and employee showed up time, ready to work. The cameras were installed with a neat and professional look. They were considerate of my house and again Karim would take the time to answer questions. A few glitches in software and after awhile system was up and running in one day. Once system was installed, Karim explained very clearly how the system operated. Karim’s honesty, knowledge and patience made the day go smoothly. I would recommend to my family and friends, and already have. Do not hesitate to use this company."
