"He was here when he said he would. They got the piece of wire out put it back together and left. He wanted to be paid with credit card which was okay later we tried to use the washer and it wouldn?t let cold water into the washer I checked to make sure water was on and it still wasn?t working. I called him back and he told me somethings to try and if they did not work to call him back they didn?t work when I called him back he didn?t answer I tried five times and he didn?t answer or call me back. I worked on it and got it fixed I called him the next day to tell him and he still didn?t answer. I would not use him again. I feel he was not professional and he follow thru lacks "
