"We had some issues with the time frame given by Lowes and was contacted by Best Home Solutions and told I had to select another time period as they were over-booked.  I was pleased with the technician that came to the house.  He promptly figured out the problem with the fridge and told me he had to order the parts.  They called a few days later and had the part in stock and was ready to perform the work.  We selected a time period and the same technician did the work.  He was punctual, called and told me when he would be here and arrived on time.  The work was done quickly and done well.  I was more impressed with the technician than the people in their office.  However, it seemed the people in the office were affected somewhat by the warranty provider.

"My biggest complaint is the service charge is $100. This does not go towards any repair or parts cost. I have used this company twice and really like the repair guy who was sent to my house. He is knowledgeable and kind, but the service cost seems so steep- especially if it is something that takes a few minutes to fix/diagnose-which in my case both time it was 100 for a 10 minute diagnose time."
