"Dex came out and did a thorough inspection of the house, showed me the options and quoted me a good price. Mike and his assistant showed up on the scheduled day bright and early and knocked out 7 piers in just over 3 days. The main wall they were working on had all the utilities and the guys didn't disturb a thing. When they were done, they cleaned up everything and left the yard in amazingly good shape considering all the big holes they had to dig. Lux was not only very competent and professional, but they were genuinely very nice people. I highly recommend Lux for all your foundation needs."

"Zach, Dustin & Robert are consummate professionals! Zach did the initial evaluation of our crawl space, foundation, and framing and developed a solution to remedy the deficiencies. Outstanding job! Dustin and Robert implemented the solutions and in the process they identified an additional hidden issue in our floor joist. The plumber had cut away about half of a girder under a load bearing wall during construction. Needless to say Dustin and Robert developed a solution, implemented it, and literally saved our house from a catastrophic failure. These three men are an exceptional team. Their customer service skills are absolutely beyond reproach! According, they have my highest recommendation for any foundation, waterproofing or house leveling issues anyone may have!!! When I called him, he told me that they (Top Seal) really didn't do that kind of work and that he used another company for carpentry work. He gave me the number and I called it. We ended up using his carpenter (Miguel from Fungus Amungus) and the work was finished quickly and done well. I am very happy with the work and the company attitude. But what really impressed me was that even though Top Seal was not doing any business with us, they called 2 or 3 times to make sure that we were happy and the work was being done to our satisfaction. Few companies today will demonstrate that level of commitment when they are not making any money off of you.
