"Florida Pump Service came out today to fix our pump. They came on time and did excellent work. Tanya was helpful from the very first phone call, and Brian was able to get everything fixed quickly and efficiently. He took time to explain what was broken and what to expect from the age of our system. There was no uncomfortable Up-sell or pressure. I will definitely call Florida Pump Service again when I have a need!"

"I purchased a new home that was having drainage issues. I called and they send a tech ver late in the day. The tech delightfully fixed several smaller issues that I had and was very polite and nice. He explained that I would need to replace my sewer pipe as the old one was cast and had no p-trap. He said the office is closed but I will get you a quote in the AM first thing. 4 days later and still no estimate/quote or phone call."

"Mr. Grant impressed us at our first meeting. He seemed genuinely concerned about our problem. We had a drain field put in only 7 years prior and it had failed. Once he started the job he was always on time, was very professional and very courteous. He kept us informed each step of the way. He used all upgraded materials and made the drainfield larger. It was obvious that Mr. Grant takes pride in his work and treats his customers the way he would want to be treated. I would highly recommend Grant's Plumbing."
