THE NEXT DAY THEY ARRIVED RIGHT ON TIME AND WERE FINISHED WITHIN HALF AN HOUR OF THEIR ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME. THE CREW WAS COURTEOUS AND LEFT THE WORK AREA SPOTLESS, TO INCLUDE VACUUMING."

"Used them once and the service tech smelled HEAVILY like cigarette smoke, quite repulsive. He was also curt and short but did a satisfactory job. The second time I used them the owner accompanied the same tech due to me reporting him. The job went more smoothly and I was satisfied. The third time I scheduled and had to cancel ahead of time due to illness and then rescheduled it. The day it was rescheduled for, the water to the whole building I live in (condo) was going to be turned off. Owner/scheduler was notified 24 hours in advance -as soon as I knew- and she was curt and abrupt about rescheduling and gave me an ultimatum that this was the last rescheduling allowed. It didn’t really matter that I had no control over the condo management turning off the water to the building for plumbing repair. Update as of November 19th Carpet cleaning. Fact remains that the water was SHUT OFF to the building and since you require our water to do your job, you couldn’t do it. And secondly, with all due respect, you could use some spelling and grammar lessons."

"We hired About Floors n' More in Jacksonville, Florida to remove our tile and carpet and install LVP throughout our condo. We were unhappy with a number of things including but not limited to their contractor damaging the drywall to the point much wider baseboards had to be installed to cover the damage throughout the entire unit. One of our contractors pulled back the flooring and told us there was a vapor barrier but no sound barrier as required by our HOA, requested by us, and on our invoice, and then most annoying, this sound is throughout the condo and very loud even when walking in socks "quietly". We've been told by other contractors it was likely because the floors were not properly swept and prepped ahead of time. We have photos showing chunks of debris all around the cabinets that should have been swept up. We complained to About Floors n More and did not pay them the remainder. Their response was to file a lawsuit (we've already paid them close to 50%). We will let a judge decide if what is in this video as well as our extensive photos are acceptable or not but we wanted other consumers considering them to know that they believe this is acceptable and instead of working to remedy it, sued us to pay them for work we don't believe was done correctly nor fully. Attached photos include: toilet left in shower as we were ready to move in. One of dozens of documented images of drywall damage from failing to score the drywall. The new baseboards instantly popping off the wall. The trim that was in tact prior to their arrival and not afterwards."
