But Leo came in with a tremendous amount of confidence and showed me photos of many jobs he and his team have undertaken tiling bathrooms, floors & a great deal more. I hired him to replace the poorly installed tile from another company. The end result was magnificent! The bathroom looks like it is out of a decorating magazine. They were prompt, friendly and outgoing, flexible, went outside the box to help us with a couple projects we were also doing to lend a hand, and did a GORGEOUS waterproof laminate flooring job as a bonus :) Taylor went to Home Depot with me to buy all of the materials and his recommendations were spot on. We weren't expecting him to start the project for a couple of days. He offered to pick up the materials and get a jump start the next day. The entire project went smoothly and perfectly.
