Once they were done, they filled the holes with a sanded concrete and cleaned up the minimal mess that was made. It was done in less than a day. "They came out the same day to give a quote. We walked around the house and noted spots to be repaired or looked at to be repaired. The price was high, but it had been difficult to get anyone out to do the job and they could start the next workday so I decided to go with them. They were very professional during the walk-around and quote period but after giving me a quote they acted more like a "used car salesman" pushing the sale along. The workmanship was poor in some areas. For example one part of wood repaired stuck out a quarter inch than the existing and they didn't put it with the grain of the existing wood. The window sills were also poorly done with little attention to detail. When additional repairs beyond the scope were found, they quoted a price three times a similar job I had done six months earlier. They did come down on the price. Their initial material fee was no where near what they spent on actual materials."
