"The first two days were great! They worked hard and got a lot done. After that it became a running joke how slow or lack of work was getting done. We went to Ken and Chris and they continued to placate us on how difficult our home was. 10 weeks later and after my husband built 8 full houses with his 4 man crew, the house was finally done. The job was good. They do good work but if you want your job done in a timely fashion, this is not the company to hire. There was a lot of checking the weather app while sitting in the truck, standing around smoking cigarettes, and just plain standing around. They do not clean up daily, so expect construction things everywhere the duration of your project. Like I said, final project looks great but I will not be using this company in the future."

"We hired New Direction for a full home exterior paint job. CJ is great to work with, very proffesional and followed-up on all issues promptly, spending his own time to correct any issues created by his subcontractors; There is not a better person to work with on a project than CJ. Pricing was also very resonable. However, the paint crew was less desirable to work with. They painted the majority of our home with a sprayer and left several oversprays that when covered with white trim paint did not fully cover; overspray on bricks, pavers, etc. After asking them to touch up several times, many places were still missed. Spraying vs hand brush or rolling left multiple places where the paint seemed shadowey or uneven. I encourage a thorough discussion with CJ prior to engaging for exterior paint. This is to ensure you both understand full expectations. At then end of the project, I decied to just close out the job vs asking them to keep coming back to fix items they could not or would not fix. Most items could have been avoided with simple prep work and taping off edges or other steps. There was significant rain on and off during the course of the project that may have impacted the quality of the work. Good luck!"

"Easy. Called. Met on site a couple days later. Got an estimate. Price was ok. Schedule was acceptable. Had a quick turnaround since it was an insurance requirement. Got it done. Will use them again."

"The Salesman Rene (Ron) was excellent and easy to come to an agreement with. Our insurance was lapsing due to the poor condition of our wood panel siding. We decided to take the huge financial burden and replace with vinyl thinking of the future. I was promised it would be done before the insurance lapsed which was 25 days from the contract signing. The insurance company THEN extended another 25 days. This goal was not met. I understood that the insurance company were dropping hundreds of customers at one time thus putting the burden on the contractors. This is just a review to let others know that 2 months minimum is the installation time regardless of what is promised. Dave Crane the owner is an excellent person and even contacted my insurance representative to try and clear things up. I will update with installation review in about 45 days."
