And the definition of a good plumbing company in my mind is someone that thoroughly inspects the situation, takes there time with the estimate, thoroughly explains the damage with what is needed for repair or replace, and gives a honest estimate for the work. Then lastly follows through with good work. Egli plumbing is 5 stars across the board. They took the time to not only evaluate the issue but stayed until the job was done right. We took on major damage to our main sewer line in the basement. They did a full replacement, installed new traps, and put in check valves to prevent further flooding issues. Our situation was dyer and they never once tried to take advantage of our situation with price gouging or doing un necessary work. We will be using Egli plumbing for all future projects, as well as calling on them annually for maintenance checks."

"The Arta team is fantastic. They were on schedule every single day of our 3 month renovation (we brought the entire interior of the upstairs down to the studs). Their specific attention to detail left me confident at the end of every day that things would be done correctly and on schedule. We installed really high end furniture, fixtures and materials which they treated with care. Andy knew right away what was possible for our renovations, he was super clear with how things would go, what would be done and when. He checked in on us regularly to make sure we were happy with the progress and that all our needs were being met. When we were met with unexpected termite damage, the Arta team was super communicative and worked with us to resolve with little to no set back in schedule. Most importantly this team does not cut corners. They take the time to do it the right way. When I had any questions at all Andy was always available to reach over the phone or in person. "This was my second time using CNM for a renovation and both times it was a 5 star experience. I first used them in 2016 for a kitchen and bathroom reno in a small co-op apartment. Because of that positive experience, I asked Matt and the team to do a complete house gut reno in 2022-23. Before I finalized purchase of my house, I first had Matt come by to give me a scope and estimate. This was a big job that lasted over a year during which time we were living in the house. All of the workers are highly skilled, responsible, communicative, attentive, and a pleasure to work with. "I will start off by saying I think I might be the only person in history to say that the renovation went perfectly and I was happy with everything. Let me explain. Wanted a full kitchen and bathroom renovation. We met with Efren (the owner of Nunez Construction) and he had an energy that made us realize that he was experienced and also was open to some new and interesting ideas. He promised the project would be done in 5 weeks - it ended up being 5 weeks and 3 days - essentially on time. The work was flawless and beautiful. He added little flourishes like saddles made of quartz and shelves in an area where a cabinet would not fit. Additionally the measurements from the get go were perfect - the cabinets were the right ones from the beginning and everything fit perfectly in the space on the first try. There were a handful of additional costs - custom shower door, glass cabinets for a bar we built and the appliances (not included in the contract price). All in, Efren stuck to his price, time frame and promise of quality work. Everything from the craftsmanship to the painting were impeccable. What I also appreciated about him was that we stayed in communication with each other from the start. If there was an idea that we presented to him that wouldn’t work in the space, he would let us know and suggest a viable alternative. Great collaboration. Will definitely work with him and his crew again. Already recommended to friends and neighbors."
