JN is not the least expensive company, but they are absolutely honest. Randy and his partner determined that they did NOT have to dig up my pipes as the first company claimed, then they explained what they were seeing to the second crew, Tyson and Darion, who retrieved the snake (went the extra mile to do it), cleared the blockages, and reset the toilet that never should have been pulled in the first place. In the end, their honesty and competence saved me thousands in unnecessary costs. Worth every penny, and the other reviews that complain about pricing must not have a grasp on the going rates for plumbing work by professionals and the headaches it can save."
