"I had Dennis come to my home to give me an estimate on building a garage. He was right on time for the appointment. He had already visited city hall to get information on my property. He came back the next day to do a site plan, and told me after he took some measurements that I would be unable to get a variance from the city as I didn't have enough setback. He could have continued with the site plan and meeting with city officials and charged me, but he was honest and didn't even charge me for the two visits. If I have another project come up, I will definitely call him first."
