"We picked Sunshine Window Cleaning from Angie’s list. We called and set a day to have the gutters cleaned. On the day of the appointment they called in the morning and said they should be out around 4:00 PM. They called at 3:45 PM and said they were on their way. They cleaned the gutters and moss off the roof. We had them come back and secure two down spouts, spray the roof for moss, install gutter screens and reattached areas where the gutters were coming loosen. He diagnosed the electrial issue quickly, reparied the main home circuit breaker. <br /> After the repair the electrician showed me the old circuit breaker, and discovered that it was burnt on one half. Now I feel confident there will not be a fire from the old breaker."

"They were on time and well prepared. A few of the guys were not either careful or experienced enough, so some of the trim was missed or had brush marks. However, Steve (the owner) was very professional about fixing everything I pointed out. <br /> <br /> Finishing the trim was delayed (no fault of theirs) until our move-in was completed and some baseboards and stairs were installed by other contractors. Restoration was very good about fixing some of the moving damage, and damage made by the flooring contractor -- at no additional charge. <br /> <br /> I separately paid them to do some additional sheetrock repairs -- unrelated to their original scope. This was a ceiling patch in an area not otherwise being painted. The guy that did this was masterful, and one has to look carefully to see the patch. <br /> <br /> I found Steve to be professional and honest. <br />"

"When the earthquake hit we had extensive damage to our house. Almost everything needed some type of service. BJK came out quickly and accessed the damage and supplied us with a quote with what they could to.
