"Had sump pumps and drainage system put in basement. They were to only company to get back to me!! So I hired them. WOW! I am glad I did. They were a class act. I have had two other contractors come in my home since work has been completed and BOTH commented on what a good job they did.Very responsive, keep me calm thru process(LOL), and kept me informed of everything they were doing. EVEN replaced on of my lost tools!! JUST HIRE THEM!!! You will not be disappointed!!!"

"I had an amazing experience working with Affordable Basement Waterproofing and would certainly recommend. The salesman Ken was very thorough and the install crew led by Mike and Greg could not have been more professional...and tidy. A couple of major snags occurred during the project to no fault of theirs (my basement floor had twice the amount of concrete as normal) which involved the crew working 2 extra days to finish at no extra charge. Couldn't be happier with the end result. Great price too as I got quotes from a handful of contractors. You won't be disappointed with Affordable Basement Waterproofing out of Pasadena, Md."

"I had a great experience with Best Buy waterproofing. I contacted them for inspection due to water rising underneath my tile in the basement. They responded very quickly and had someone out for the inspection a day later. Ed completed my inspection and was very informative and communicative throughout the whole process. He didnâ t try to scare me into getting any services and was very patient with me. Any questions I had he was on it and available. When I made my final decision it was quick and a painless process. The crew cleaned up well and walked me through the work they had done. They installed a new drain and sump pump. Might I add they made my installation very esthetic by placing the line in the wall to hide the pipes when the dry wall is replaced. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!"

"They installed our sump pump system with backup battering very efficiently and professional and in less than one day. After discussions on the correct equipment, they provided additional effort to be sure the wi-fi backup equipment was installed and was working efficiently. Any questions on installation and operation I had were answered on-the-spot and with ease. System seems great and I now have peace of mind during a bad storm or if the power should go out. I would recommend them to anyone."

"Bobby and the Fortress Techs were very professional, considerate, and thorough. The difference we feel from the crawl space insulation from before to after is amazing. Within just a day or two that musty smell in the house that was coming from the crawl space was gone! Bobby kept us informed throughout the entire process and finished the project on time. I would highly recommend Fortress Foundations Solutions to everyone; we were extremely satisfied with the outcome and the high quality customer service we received."

"I had a french drain with sump pump installed in JAN 2023. I am happy with the remediation and the resolution given on March 2023."

"We renovated an older house. The basement walls were holding moisture which was causing some odor and cinder block decay. Carlos installed a complete waterproofing system. The basement looks and smells great. The work was professional, on time, and Carlos personally checked to make sure that it was done properly. We are very happy."
