"Contacted four septic tank companies to solicit quote for routine pumping out septic tank. I had located and dug out the tank's manhole cover so the only work required was to pump the tank. The quotes ranged from $285 to $375. I selected Paul's Septic Tank Service because his price was competitive and he confirmed the only reason his price could increase is if the septic tank was larger than 1000 gallons or there were obvious issues that needed to be addressed. Paul called first thing on the scheduled morning to reconfirm the appointment and he called approximately 30 minutes before our appointment to advise me that he was on his way to my address. Upon arrival, Paul and his assistant quickly got to work. Paul explained what they were doing and answered my questions while the pumping/cleaning operation was underway. The work was completed without damage to my yard and flower beds. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up. I am very pleased with this service."
