"I had a brand new dryer not even a year old and he was able to get me back up and running quickly. Highly recommend!"

"This was amazing! I had no idea this service existed. After searching and contacting various repair places for my washer, this was the most cost effective option. I figured if it didn't work, my machine is old and I would be out $40, not the $100+ to have a tech come out and just diagnose the problem. I am pretty handy and my washer is old anyway, so if it is broken, I have to get a new one anyway. My tech, Steve, was great! He predicted what was wrong after listening to the machine, calmly walked me through dismantling the machine and when we got down to the motor, he was right! He sent me a link to the part I would need, and let me know to contact them again if I needed help installing it. My machine works even better than before it broke, its beautifully quiet and efficient. I will definitely be saving this company for any future repairs on appliances I may need. The service was $40 + the part cost, which was about $8."

"He was very knowledgeable and we did not know what was wrong with the washer. He came promptly and diagnosed it. He repaired it after informing us what the issue was and then tested the washer to make sure it was repaired. It has been working and is great. A previous repairman gave us a diagnosis over the phone that it was the motherboard and said it would be the $250 part and another $80-$100 for the repair...and then did not show for the appointment. Our bill with N & J APPLIANCE REPAIR LLC was $60.00!! He found that the drain was completely clogged and it was triggering error codes, so we needed no parts and he only charged for his time....and a very fair charge as well!! This kind of honesty and service I thought was a thing of the past and we could not recommend them more!!"

""Absolutely phenomenal service from Phix-it Phil! My washing machine was on the fritz, and I was worried I'd have to shell out for a new one. But Phil came to the rescue! He arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and got to work fixing it. His expertise and professionalism were impressive, and he explained everything in a way that made sense to me (no tech jargon!). The best part? My washing machine is now working like new, and the price was incredibly reasonable! I've already recommended Phix-it Phil to friends and family, and I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if any other appliances go haywire. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give him ten if I could! Thanks, Phil, for saving me time, money, and a whole lot of stress!""

"Had to file a claim for new clothes dryer, and repairs on fridge. Foothills Star Appliance came to look at both. Eric was the repairman. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and very professional. I would highly recommend his company."

"He was so prompt on calling me back within 10 minutes of me requesting a quote looking for someone. He also got the job done the same day there was no waiting period. He even stayed late into the night to ensure everything was done properly. I also got an upgraded window that is now insulated, thank you soo much Severin Lee services!"

"They repaired the ice maker. They did that with no problem. They were also supposed to repair the dryer. It was to much and the repair did not happen. I had a real problem with trying to get that resolved. I currently have their service as a home warranty. They had two different companies come out and one was never resolved and the other was completed the day they came out. The area was left clean,"

"I was frustrated until I called them. They are awesome guys & know about their appliances. They repaired sxs refrigerator after the hurricane thought I lost it but it didn’t take them anytime to fix it. I will call them again for any of my appliance repairs l. Thanks Nationwide Appliance Kings."
