"Technician came and diagnosed the issues and stated he would need to open up the roof. Came back another day and discovered that the problem would not require opening the ceiling. Ran to home depot to get some supplies and came back and had lights in my 2nd, 3rd floor bathrooms, and hallway working again within a hour. All in all it wound up costing me a 1/3 of the qouted price. Very promopt, professional and kind and absolutely will use them for any electrical needs I have in the future. I believe my technicians name was Jean or Neil, i wish I remembered for sure because he was excellent."

He made a sound recording and video documenting the problem and sent it to the generator company enabling us to receive new parts under the warranty. Mr. Byrne then installed those parts and fixed the generator. We have since used New Grange for all our electrical needs."
