"Overall experience was positive. The diagnosis was good and only required a $15 part that was able to install myself. My frig is working great. Russell (RJ Appliance Repair) was extremely prompt in replying to my needs and was very professional and seemed honest so I figured I would try until I had a reason to move on. Russell came out and gave me my options and I decided to get a new one which was a bit of a challenge due to space requirements. Dani is 100% responsive, something you donâ  t see often at all; they show up even if it takes longer than expected. If they said they will be there, they show up!
