We had a little confusion about the rebate for the original furnace they were going to install but we came to an agreement and I received half of the rebate due to me not being qualified for the full rebate. Not only did they arrive on time and clean up after themselves, they took the time to go over the new water heater shut off valve and alarm. They helped me install the app on my phone. "I had a great experience with Premier HVAC replacing my old and leaking water heater. I was impressed that they were able to respond quickly and start working on the same day as my call, especially given the severely cold weather and other plumbers being busy replacing freezing pipes. The plumber was able to work with my very tight kitchen space and narrow hallways, and without having to remove the countertop in my kitchen. I am satisfied with the installation and would definitely consider Premier HVAC for future plumbing needs."

"Used them several times because the service has been great and posted a positive review but felt the need to add an update. I got a second quote for replacing old water valves with PSEG and the difference was in the thousands so ended up going with them. Despite telling AP I would go elsewhere, they kept calling me to pay for the estimate they gave me to complete the service and I got confused. A little turned off by that in addition to the price."
