"The people here are phenomenal! Chris and James care and are interested in their clients as people. They will help you find the walk in tub that works for you, and there are no upsells or pressure. If you need something they're willing to see if it can happen. I wanted a bath tub that faced my door when I sit back, and they made sure they had all the information needed to see if it could happen with the small space and layout. My service dog and I couldn't be happier. He can lay on the bed and keep an eye on me, and I can reassure him that I'm okay. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 24 hours, and usually in much less time. They helped walk me through financing options. Installation was quick and the team was responsive. They made sure I understood how to use my tub, where the various features were, their operation, and generally what to expect. "He was very professional and pleasant to work with. He didn't mind me asking a ton of questions while he worked. I will seek his services in the near future for repairs. The replacement looks better than the original decorative frame surrounding the exterior window. The seal was flush and tight. Its hard to see where one piece of wood ends and the other begins."
