"Perfect. They were able to walk me through a diagnostic evaluation of the appliance prior to them coming out to see if I needed a repair or new version."

"I almost didn't call because of the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance since the positive reviews were very positive. I'm glad I did.
I called this morning and the woman that answered the phone was courteous and helpful. She told me a technician would arrive sometime this afternoon and would call prior to arriving. And that's what happened. The technician called to say he was leaving the prior service call and would arrive at our house in 15 - 20 minutes. When he arrived, I explained the situation. We cut the power at the circuit board, he pulled the oven out, examined the baking element, tested it, removed it, replaced it (had the part in his van), pushed the oven back in, and tested to make sure it worked. It did.
He also left his phone number to call about any questions or problems with it.
My experience with this company is that they are professional, courteous, and well-equipped to resolve the problems for which you hire them. I will use them in the future and recommend them to friends.
The price seems a smidge high, but they don't charge a service call fee if they do the repair. I appreciate that. And I know from looking online that the part costs about $50. So $165 plus tax is a little high, but not that bad. For how quickly it was resolved, I'm pleased.

"Very good. They take care of your appliances. They only charge my $75.00 per call, including the parts. They use refurbished parts most of the time. I would grade it basically to an B, I got the best one going according to most people. There is one in Colorado that will covers everything, but they are only located in Colorado. It can also take three days, or five days, it depends on the time of the year. With air conditioning, it can take more in the Summer time, because I am in Florida. Most of the time they are not that bad. The cover most of my major appliances, my washer, dryer, my pool. My daughter also uses the same company, they have done her washer, dryer, and air conditioner."

FAQs for appliance (major electric appliance) installation and replacement projects in Jessieville, AR

A pro starts by setting the units in place and connecting them to the right plumbing lines, electrical circuits, and, for the dryer, a vent. If the hookups already exist, the job is quick. When they don’t, the installer must add plumbing, outlets, or a vent run, which takes more time and increases the price, especially when the laundry area is located far from existing utilities.

You’ll need the right pros for a tight stacked setup. A natural-gas plumber handles the water lines, drain, and any gas work, while an electrician installs the circuit the dryer needs. If venting or framing changes are required, hire a general contractor to patch the drywall or adjust the framing so that everything meets code and operates safely.

Permanent models need complete plumbing, electrical, and—for dryers—vent hookups. Portable units skip most of that and can run on a standard outlet with a temporary water connection. If your home already has a code-approved hookup, you just connect the new appliances. If not, hire a licensed pro to add the lines and vent so the machines run safely and efficiently.

Relocating a hookup costs between $500 and $5,000, as it may involve installing new outlets, gas lines, vents, and drain pipes. The price increases when the new location is far from existing utilities or requires additional framing and drywall work. Have licensed professionals evaluate your layout, provide a quote for the move, and handle the installation so that every component meets code and works safely.
