"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. "This really is a good company to use.  They are fair,  honest and don't skimp corners.
The attic job looks very professional,  lots of bracing.  The job looks professional as all the  cuts for the wood look correct to support the structure.  Cleaned up well.  I could not even tell they went thru the house to take all the lumber in the attic,  Job well done.
Roof was the same way.  Guys showed up when they were supposed to,  did what I would say is in excellent quality of work, finished on time and cleaned up the outside better than what it was before they started.
I was so impressed now I am having them do some work on the roof at my home.

"The crew arrived on Sunday, September 16, 2012.  Removed old shingles and replaced with new.  Ran a little short on materials, so returned on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 and completed job.
I spoke to Mr. Strahan about the professionalism of the crew.  If I wasn't having the siding replaced, we would have had a problem.  The crew put several marks/scratches on the existing siding.
Mr. Strahan was very concerned and said he would make it right.  I told him he didn't have to since I was having it replaced.  I just told him he might want to have a talk with his crew.
Overall, the work on the roof was good.

"The service person who came was very informative and did a great job. Found out microwave was going to be replaced. Choice gave me a small amount of money to replace the microwave and Choice will not install it for me, kind of upset with this however I will continue to have Discussions for the replacement value!!!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
