"Computer did the "gotta send info to Microsoft" but when tried to reboot it ran through automatic repair without success. I did all the alternative without any success. He came and picked up the hard drive on Tuesday and returned it on Saturday. Fortunately he was able to "restore" without any data loss. Very happy with outcome."

"We just moved into our home and it required some TLC as the prior owners neglected basic maintenance due to a divorce. We needed the exterior wood painted as it was starting to peel and it was a hideous mustard color. The home is mostly brick but we have 36 wood windows and 18' eves so it's well outside of my time commitment.
Atila was quick to respond and came by the next day to scope out the job. We got a quote that night, which we found reasonable. We agreed on the job and Atila's crew start within the week. Rain caused a slight delay but they finished up in 4 days.
The original quote went up due extra labor needed to paint certain trim a different color, which we negotiated.
We only had some small issues arise that Atila was glad to take care of: 
Pressure washer got too close to the wood door and damaged the finish, They repaired it quickly.
They closed the windows into the wet sills. When I opened the windows it peeled some of the paint. They fixed it.
My only issue was some of the wood siding planks had nail heads work back up a bit due to age. There wasn't an attempt by the crew the to nail them in while they prepped the siding. It's not a major problem as we're talking maybe 1/8th" exposure and the paint conceals it very well. We're also pondering replacing the siding in the future anyways so it not a workmanship issue to me but other's might want to know regarding attention to detail.
The painting was great with great lines and edge cutting since we had the 2 tone paint. Way better then I could have done.

"Steve was a huge asset to our home renovation. We purchased a 30 year old home that was in need of some updates and refreshes. Steve showed up on the day we closed to get us a quote, and go over each item in detail. He came up with a line by line price for each repair we discussed as well as an overall total. In the end, Steve had cased in a pass through shelving unit and turned it into a wall, he made a false wall above our mantle so that we could have power and cable above our fireplace, he delivered and replaced all our toilets, he repaired a toilet flange that was too high, he removed our built in communication system and patched the drywall, removed an old built-in 'breadbox' attached to our cabinets, installed a new countertop on our wet bar, and the list goes on and on. All the work he did was top notch and we couldn't be happier with the end result!"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"
