"Rob was wonderful. His crew showed up on time and did a meticulous job. We are thrilled with our sliders and balcony! The cost may seem high, but 2 of the sliders were large and therefore needed to be special ordered, and when Rob removed the old sliders, we had rotting wood that had to be replaced (unforeseen extra cost). Although Rob is VERY busy ... his team arrived on the date agreed upon (we live out of town) and finished the job earlier then expected. We will use Rob (if he's available!) for any future remodel projects. <br /> Now, ... the only complaint (and this is NOT with Rob) was with Lowe's. Rob came to us through Lowe's. Lowe's messed up our quote, screen doors, and seemed very unorganized every time I called. That was frustrating. <br />"

"The crew was very professional and friendly. Came when they said they would- showed up on time ready to work. Finished the project on time and under budget! Any minor mistakes that were made were fixed quickly. They made sure the work space was kept as clean as possible and even vacuumed and mopped the floors! Don- the owner was amazing to work with- he pays attention to detail and makes sure everything was done exceptionally well and to our liking!! Best experience we have ever had with a contractor! "The Crofts were quick to respond to my flooding problem. They diagnosed the issue, replaced the sump pump and helped with other minor plumbing repairs. They were EXTREMELY helpful and went out of their way chase down parts etc... without charging me an arm and a leg (not like what I've experienced with other plumbers). I'll use them on any plumbing needs I have in the future... guaranteed."

"Bruce was always on time, coordinating and communicating his schedule through phone calls, emails and text messages.  He spent a lot of time installing cabinet doors, veneer, trim, hardware and drawers for a professional looking job.  I had no problem allowing the Contractor into my home, even if I had to be away running errands.  YOUR DESIGNS LLC went overboard on this project, including lining all my cabinets and I would not hesitate recommending them on any kitchen/bath remake.  I also would not hesitate to show off my cabinets to other prospective customers. <br />"

"Price was not cheap but the quality of work is very good and he handled changes without any issues.   He has also been understanding of delays caused because we have had to deal with water in the basement  that has caused delays in completing the project. <br />"
