Mike went to bat for us, too, when somehow I ordered a faucet without a drain/stopper and the distributor wanted to charge full price. Mike was available by text, phone, or email and gave updates of his progress. I had to do some minor touch ups (eg, caulking, silicone), but this was part of a complete renovation. So the painting, lighting, and bathroom accessories were my responsibility. Mike's a nice guy, too, and will be respectful of your property and pets. "It went very well. He removed the old disposal and installed the new one. I bought the disposal on my own and had them install it. John arrived early, after calling to see if it was ok. He did it in the time the estimated. He was personable, efficient and professional. The old feed to the drain wouldn't fit and he had one in the truck that would. The charge for the feed was more than reasonable. This is the second time I have used these guys and will probably use them again if I need a plumber. I had thought about doing it myself but was concerned in case there would be a problem. In this case there was, the feed to the drain, so it was worth the $100 to have them do it."
