John gave the estimate personally, and it was immediately clear that he was knowledgeable and experienced, and he knew exactly what needed to be done. The workers are professional, attentive to detail and unceasingly polite and friendly. Our most recent job hit a snag when the fencing that D&D had included in the estimate was unavailable because of damage from late-winter snowstorms. No problem: the workers built a fence for us instead. The change in plans probably added two days to the planned schedule, but there were no complaints, no griping about additional cost and no changes to the final price.
