"Fourth Generation Construction did a beautiful job renovating the entire two bedroom apartment. from painting the ceilings, walls, doors, baseboards, closet and replacing the kitchen floor and kitchen countertops. The replaced the bathtub and repaired the plumbing that had a leak. They replaced with new (in the wall") an extra large air condition, hood over the stove and exhaust fan in the bathroom. They repaired and painted the deck and stairs outside. They repaired the window sills outside and painted them, all "IN A TIMELY MANNER"! Lastly, I am also pleased with the painting of the two room office and the replacement of the drop ceiling panels. They are a very nice, friendly team. Their costs are reasonable. I recommend them highly. You will not be disappointed. :-)"

"EV charger done right. Fast install and recommendation with full knowledge of chargers. I would recommend using them to anyone Thanks"

"Outstanding experience from start to finish. The pro arrived on time, worked efficiently, and installed the ceiling fan with precision and care. The workmanship was excellent—everything is secure, balanced, and looks great. They also left the space clean and were courteous throughout. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I highly recommend them for any electrical or installation needs."

"They did great, cleaned up !"

"The owner is friendly, professional, works very clean and doesn't screw around. Came on short notice with no BS, work quality is great and I have had him do a couple other jobs also. I am a landlord and have multiple properties and I will continue to call Josh every time I need a plumber from now on. Great plumbers are hard to find."

"We hired Rios and Sons to pressure wash our home. They were extremely responsive, respectful, polite, punctual, and thorough in every possible way. They went above and beyond to make every inch of the exterior of our home look as spotless as it has in decades. We literally can't recommend them enough, and will soon be using them again for some painting, and woodworking. Absolutely phenomenal!"

"We recently hired Flavio for some work in our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was professional, prompt, and had great attention to detail. He kept the workspace clean, communicated clearly, and was completely dependable throughout the project. We will absolutely hire him again — in fact, we already have a few more jobs lined up for him. Highly recommend!"
