"On April 27, Naji responded promptly to our request for help with a garage door which would shut and then immediately re-open. He was friendly and personable, but most of all, he was quick to diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. He first noticed that a large bolt which held the chain bracket to the door had worked its way loose and was both causing vibration and malfunction. We had not seen this broken bolt, but Naji's keen eye did. He replaced the bolt, adjusted the bracket and the door springs, and balanced the door. The fee for his repair was $89 and was money well spent to return the door to working order. Two months later, we phoned Naji to report that the door was closing but this time with great gravitational force, hitting the garage pavement with a bang when it came down. He returned promptly and fixed the problem by making adjustments to the closing-pressure on one of the opener's gauges. When we asked the charge for this second repair, he declared "No charge!" We greatly appreciate his professionalism and his dedication to customer service. We would recommend him heartily!"
