"I called Tommy and explained what I needed. To my great surprise he said he was on his way to another job in Dublin and would be able to stop by. Of my 3 drains, one was completely blocked and the other two were open but one of them seemed partially blocked because heavy water flow would back up through a downspout ground fitting. Tommy snaked all 3 drains and discovered that the completely blocked one had severe damage and would need replacement. But he did open it to some degree and provided a quote for the eventual replacement which I agreed immediately to get scheduled. He broke through significant roots in one of the others and recommended annual snaking of that one to keep it working well. He is also going to return to repair a sump pump outlet from the house which seems to have had pipe joints separate in the ground. Tommy impressed both my wife and me with his personality, professionalism and work ethic. He seems to do great work at a very reasonable price. We will see how the upcoming drain line replacement goes, but at this time we would be very happy to hire him again for any kind of drainage or plumbing work."

"The pressure/temperature valve was releasing water thoughout day. PPC checked it out and offered me the choice of replacing just the valve or the water heater. Taking into account the age of the heater, I chose to replace heater (16+ years old). I had received a quote for water heater and labor when I made the service appointment so I knew the cost for this up front. Ball valve leading to water heater was leaking so replaced that also. Everything went well."

"I was recommended by another plumber to have Ty come out and camera scope our cleanout pipe due to it backing up. He came after 5 p.m. to camera scope it and was super honest and courteous. He then came back on a Sunday to clean out the pipe with his hydrojetting tools. We're super grateful for his expertise, know-how using his tools, and honest nature. "First I had a bathroom issue from a water problem.  Gary's estimate made the most sense to me and he took extra time to explain what needed to be done.  I had an idea of what I wanted and he took it from there.  We needed to reroute the plumbing to an inside wall. He explained it all to me in a way I understood and did a great job! He also installed the new dry wall ceiling in the bathroom below.  I managed to segue him into the kitchen! My 1965 kitchen was in dire need of a makeover.  He turned it into a 2014 kitchen.  The first day demo was so quick and efficient, I was in shock!  I told Gary what I wanted and he helped me make decisions along the way. I had no experience with new construction and had no idea what to expect. Gary showed me my options and explained how he was going to make my decisions happen.  He built the countertop himself including trim, installed a LOT of cabinets, installed appliances (rerouted plumbing for the refrigerator), rerouted electrical to move old wiring and lighting placement with new placement and lighting fixtures. He worked the plumbing for a new disposal and replaced all the outlets and switches.  He installed all the flooring and was VERY knowledgeable in helping me pick the flooring for my needs. He has great taste in colors too. :-)  I asked his advice on different issues and he was more than willing to help me.  He was patient and understanding.  So in all, Gary can and did do it all.  
My kitchen looks incredible!  He was super nice to my dog Jim who I think will miss him more than I will. :-) I have many other jobs in this house and will call Gary first. He is my "go to" guy and look forward to working with him in the future.
