"They did an excellent job. It was a big fiasco. They helped me out and I appreciated it. It was kind of like a two step process. They came in one day to assess it, which didn't take more than an hour and a total of an hour to install the part once it was in. There was a couple of days in between to get the part ordered. "First, the price quoted on the phone to us the day before service was not the price we had to pay after the water heater was installed. It was $200. MORE. Then, 2 days after installation, we noticed water on the basement floor around the base of the heater. We called, someone came out the next day and said the new piping was incorrectly installed. He fixed it (hopefully). This expensive water heater also makes a louder, rattling noise when it is heating up water, compared to our older model, the same brand, Bradford White. We can only hope this water heater lasts."
