"I requested quotes and met with a number of companies. By far, I enjoyed meeting with John. He was informative and thorough at our meeting. Given the information provided, and our own research, I also felt as though our values matched up nicely. So much so, that we planned on using EDI services, given the quote was reasonable. However, we were never given our quote. We were strung along by a series of emails, and then received no more responses. I have tried many times to reach out for the quote, and after that, to inquire as to what happened. Again, no response at all. Now, after waiting so long, we have to start the entire process over again, and as it is October, we essentially have no hope of getting a new roof this season. I really hope our current last through the winter. This is entire unprofessional behavior, and I grow so weary of companies that make promises and do not fulfil them. "I would like to thank the folks at Window Concepts for helping me with my window installation. From start to finish, I felt confidence in the team at Window Concepts! Brian F helped me select the correct windows for my home. He was tireless in taking my questions and informing my decision. I needed to have 3 picture windows and 6 side double-hung windows replaced. Financially and emotionally this was a huge decision for me especially because the windows are on the front of my home. Brian helped me to select the perfect windows. Once the windows were delivered, the installation process began. Due to the covid virus, there was a delay in delivery and installation but I was kept informed about any delays. These delays were kept to a minimum for sure. I cannot say enough about the installation crew! I had friends over on the day of the installation and one of them happened to be a carpenter. He assured me that the work being performed on my home was top-notch. Due to the need for lumber replacement surrounding the windows (because we had neglected the old windows for many years), the installation took two days. On the first day we had a huge storm blow in! The storm’s arrival was earlier than expected, so the crew had begun the final removal/ installation. They kept going through the storm and they kept up the level of quality of the installation even while the storm raged around them! They left for the day while it was still raining and I never had a leak of any kind. The next day the trim and caulk was applied. The installers carefully timed these steps in order to let the lumber dry as much as possible before carefully sealing around the windows. The final result is beautiful! The caulking and finishing is impeccable and I am very happy that I went with a company that could handle the extra repair my installation required. I have every confidence that I will love my windows for many years to come!"
