"We used Oscar and his team to do quite a bit of work at our home and have been very pleased with the outcome. His team was professional, courteous, responsive and affordable. We had them replace a sump pump discharge line in our yard, remove and plant new bushes and add stone and edging around our house. We will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.."

"We're very happy with Clemens as an excellent home repair business. The initial assessment meeting with Josh R. gave us a detailed and accurate accounting of the repair process, the selection of high quality materials, a project timeline and a 15 year guarantee of their workmanship. The workers were very polite and considerate to avoid any inconvenience to us while they completed the project. The communications were frequent to ensure accuracy and our satisfaction. The pricing of the materials and work was fair and accurate. We appreciated a follow-up visit by Jordan to verify our satisfaction. Without hesitation, we would use Clemens for any future work and highly recommend their services for home repairs."

"They got in touch with the insurance company and told them this one that I had was too old and rusty and I needed a new one. The insurance company gave them no flack. They went and bought it and put it in. The installation went really well for me. The insurance company sends the plumbers, but if I had to pay myself I still would use them."

"We used them several times and have always been happy with their work! They do the job right the first time and they are respectful of the home & clean up the work areas. The price is fair & we know they will do a good job each time. The estimator will come out & explain everything in great detail and you are aware of everything they are doing. You can't ask for a better company. They service a large area & we have recommended them to many of our friends & family. <br />"

"I called them immediately after I became aware of the leak in my basement. 45 minutes after my initial call, someone was at my door to inspect and give me an estimate for repairs. Two hours later, they had already extracted the water, removed the padding, baseboards, and tacking strips, placed fans, and finished everything that needed to be done at that time. Two days later, they finished putting everything back in its proper order, removed the fans, and cleaned up after themselves. They charged a fair price, were impressively responsive, and completed the work to my satisfaction in record time. I hope that I do not need emergency services again in the foreseeable future, but I would absolutely hire them again."

"I have always enjoyed working with Americrawl. Theprice of the sump pump installation was much more reasonable than other quotes I received. When I called about waterproofing the rep told me some things were not necessary and gave me the package that worked best with my home. The installers were very nice and great to work with. <br />"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in Jonesboro, IN

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
