"I purchased a ranch home with a finished basement in 2012 in Chester County. The sellers lied on the seller’s disclosure form and stated that the basement did not get any water. The first heavy rainstorm that we had left behind 2 inches of water in the entire basement. I had another basement waterproofing company come in to give me an estimate… naturally, after getting that estimate, I called a second company to compare, this time I called Access Basement Systems. Since I had such a good experience using Access Basement Systems the last time, I hired him to repair the problem in my new house. This time, they also do finishing work (since our basement is currently finished). Super convenient that they can come in, tear the walls down, put in the waterproofing system, and refinish my basement in just a couple of weeks time. "bove wI can't say enough nice things about Lesher, I worked with Mary Jane to pick out my granite.  She is very professional, helpful and a very easy person to work with.  My kitchen is a small galley kitchen.  But they never made me feel like my small project was less important than any other project they were doing. Everyone was so great, from the design intern, Toni, to the installers, to the templater, just everyone!  You can tell the all really care about what they're doing and the customer.  May Jane was responsive to all my questions in a timely manner.  She always got back to me with the answers to even the littlest question usually on the same day.  They did the installation today and it looks absolutely fabulous!  the were on time and went over and above what I was expecting.  They were very thorough to make sure all the plumbing connection were done correctly and there would be no problem.  They were extremely tidy. "I think they did a very good job, but there is still a dark ring along one of the sinks whenever it gets wet. I am not sure if it is the counter-top material or the sink itself that is the problem. They did a very good job with the kitchen counter-tops because they did get rid of a lot of the nicks, so in that regard I am pleased. If you could contact me about the ring in the sink, that would be wonderful!"
