"The two technicians that came out were professional, they had excellent troubleshooting skills, and were proficient. We have an 8+ year old dryer that had a busted belt. Premier Appliance sent out their technicians, replaced the belt, rollers, pulleys, and got it running again within 30 minutes of getting the part. It's been about 2 weeks since the repair was performed, the dryer is running like a champ. I highly recommend Premier Appliance. We've used other small appliance technicians that we found on Craigslist. Though they would've been much cheaper, they weren't very reliable. Remember, you get what you pay for."
