"The repairman from Next Service was prompt and went right to work on repairing my Ice Maker.  He not only repaired the Ice Maker, but also detected that the right door of my refrigerator was lower than it needed to be.  It was scraping the bottom of the refrigerator base.  We knew that the door was getting lower and lower over time, but we could still close it.  He explained that eventually the door would get too low to close, so he ordered the part that was broken on the door and came back a few days later and repaired it.  I am appreciative that he did not just repair the Ice Maker and leave.  He was concerned about the entire appliance working correctly.  I would definitely use Next Service again.

"R&R arrived on time to repair our clothes dryer. The problem ended up being a burned out electrical outlet. They told us we needed an electrician and to call them if the dryer was damaged as a result of the fried outlet. Fortunately it was not damaged.
