"The sales process went great (they really want your $$). Installation process not so great. There is a definite lack of communication between the installers and installation coordinator. We were given a 2 hr window for the installers to show. I was given that window 4 minutes before it started. Installers did not show up in the window. I reached out to the coordinator who was slow to respond. Told me the installers had a van problem and were on their way. In the meantime my husband reached out to the salesperson since he told us if we had issues to contact him and he would help resolve. It took him at least an hour to respond. Installers finally showed up 2 hours after the window ended. They were great. Very professional and while I do not speak Spanish my husband does so he was able to communicate with them. The job was done but as we put things away noticed there is a gap in the padding that will cause unnecessary wear. And now they have to come back to fix it."

"Planet Green did an amazing job. This is the second time I have used them and both were great. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Would definitely recommend."

"First heard about Delightful Decors through a mailer. Went to visit their new showroom and Jonathan showed us all the various brands, styles and relative pricing available. We chose Norman blinds, and Jonathan came out to the house with a full sample pack. Measured all the windows, and selected just the right color, frame styles and slat widths. He then did a costing, and custom order manufacturing took seven weeks (just as estimated). Two installers did a great job, taking down old blinds and installing new ones in just under five hours. Jonathan came out a week later to correct a minor issue with one frame and also inspected all the other windows. We are very happy with the professional advice and guidance throughout the whole process. The blinds look great, both from inside and looking in from the street outside!"

"Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"Excellent job. A friend of ours has used ABC Precision floors several times and we were able to see his work. Pure perfection. We had an idea of their pricing and knew their quality of craftsmanship and did not consider anyone else for the job. We went with Steven to pick out the tile and he applied his discount to the materials to save us several thousand dollars. Quote by the people at the tile store - " I don't know if you know it or not, but you have the best flooring man in the Houston area." Steven did not hear them say this.
You may be able to have the work done for less money but you may not get the quality that ABC Precision Floors will give you. I will recommend them to anyone and plan on using them again in the near future.
