His crew began work on July 7th and completed the job on July 8th using GAF HD (high dimensional) shingles. They installed a drip edge, which Universal City now requires, so we're up to current code. Not only do we have a solid new roof now, which should last for many years, but the curb appeal of our house has improved tremendously. His crew did a thorough job on clean up. Brady had our foundation, driveway and sidewalks power washed the day after work was complete. He followed up with us actively during and after the process to address any concerns and questions, and we felt very confident in all the work that was done.

P.S.-Brady went up on the roof at least 4 times during the tear off/reshingling process to insure everything was being done correctly. "He was very thorough and found the leak immediately. He gave me a quote and a veterans discount. His crew was delayed due to weather but upon arrival they had the job done in 2 hrs.. They were very apologetic about weather delays and there inspector Rafael kept in constant contact with me about arrival times and expected project times. While there they found some areas that required caulking and performed that sealant job as part of their visit.
