"I hired Dalinghaus Construction to install two push Piers for a freestanding column/wall (bad clay soil causing movement). I meet with Kevin to go over the scope of work and he explained everything in detail. The price was the best I can find. Took one extra day to finish the work, but they did not charge me any additional fees. 3 month later, I had a feeling that the column/wall is moving again and call Kevin. He show up in a few days and show me there is no way that wall is still moving and he was right. They are very good at what they do and customer service is the best. Thank you very much."

"We contacted Dave Parker to bid our concrete patio for our backyard. His bid came back comparable to others we had received, however, knowledge and professionalism is what made the difference. His crew was exceptional! They always arrived as expected, and worked with minimal breaks, and they left the job site clean every day. They were easy to work with, and helped us reconfigure some of the sections of the patio to make it more appealing. Unfortunately, our dirt that needed to be excavated was hard as rock - but they were able to remove everything without any extra cost/time. "From start to finish RAD handled my work order with integrity, thought and professionalism. An initial assessment from a civil engineer recommending we remove a piece of rusted rebar from one of the stem walls would have cost us around $30,000 dollars. Manny inspected the damage and suggested a much cheaper process would suffice. We hired another civil engineer to vouch for the cheaper process, which they did. It is unusual for a company to recommend a less invasive, astronomically cheaper process. However, RAD stands by their work and guaranteed me a warranty for any issues that could occur after the repairs were done. The team that came to do the actual work, Raul, Omar and Zaid did an excellent job of repairing part of the foundation for our house. They chipped away the concrete around a rusted piece of rebar, brushed the rebar and coated it with epoxy. They then proceeded to replace the concrete and fill in cracks along the stem walls with more epoxy. Raul very kindly brought me under the house, per my request, to give me a tour of the work they had done. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend RAD Foundation and Raul, Omar and Zaid. I would not think twice about hiring them again."

"Val-Arm came out to my house on short notice and provided an accurate quote to restore the concrete on my driveway, my porch, and the walkway around the front of my home. The house is for sale and they were able to scheduling me quickly and work around a couple of showings. There workers were very professional and answered all of my questions. <br /> The work itself is absolutely stunning. I had no idea that my cracked concrete could be made to look so amazing without replacing everything. Their process is fairly simple in that they make cuts into the concrete, fill large cracks, grind any rough spots, power wash, then stain the concrete. The final result looks like custom concrete paving slabs or concrete stamps. <br />"

"Dave added on a junior suite and bathroom to my house in 2006. In May 2011, we noticed that some tiles in the shower were buckling. This seemed particularly unusual as this room and bath are a guest room and bath and are not used daily by any means, and this was on an original exterior wall. In any event, I called Dave. He came by the house the following week to examine the shower. He determined that the wall was sound (it was an original exterior wall, not one Dave built) but rather that the subcontractor did a substandard job setting the tile. Dave left indicating that he would try to reach the sub, but felt certain the sub had gone out of business. Dave phoned me the next day to say the phone number he had for the sub was no longer in service. He then made arrangements for his current sub to come over after hours to make the repair. This sub determined that many more tiles were affected and reset tile on almost the entire wall. I was not charged for this...luckily, I had kept plenty of tiles at the time of construction, so there were no materials to be purchased. I was so appreciative of such follow up service...5 years later.! No excuses made, Dave stood by his work. That's a rarity these days. I highly recommend Dave not only for the outstanding job he did at the time of construction, but for his standing by his work and those he subs work out to...even when those subs disappear. I had spent in excess of $70,000 for this remodel and felt disappointed that a mere 5 years later, it was falling apart. But Dave made it right."
