"Jeremy and Ben did a thorough and professional job in capturing and removing for release 4 raccoons and 2 opossums that were damaging my yard. They first did a property assessment, listened to all my concerns and answered all questions, then set and baited cages. Over a period of approximately two weeks, several animals were caught. They were extremely responsive to my phone calls and arrived very promptly to pick up the captured animals. They display a strong commitment to their work and a deep understanding of nature and the details of their work."

Anyways, one technician completely missed these entry points, whereas the next one who came back when we still heard noises, immediately found and sealed the holes. <br /> This said, the work they did was well done, they built and placed wire frames into the crawl space entries under the foundation and sealed along the roof line, used cement patching for the walls, even fixed a gap in the laundry room door. <br /> The technicians were professional, explained issues, and generally showed up on time. <br /> The only issue, which took our rating down a bit, was the completely unprofessional front office customer service. Appointments were messed up, messages apparently not relayed, and worst of all, when we left messages requested a callback, 9 out of 10 times NEVER had a call back. Two technicians who showed up one day made the trip in vain, because we had left a message the previous day canceling and asking for a call to reschedule. Another time the scheduled technician did not show up at all.  If we didn't know better, we'd think Already a Better Choice doesn't really care to generate business. <br /> So once they figure a way to get their reception/customer service in order, they can really be among the top businesses in Pest Control around the LA area. <br /> We would use them again, but find a way to make arrangements with a technician directly instead of calling the office number. <br />"

"Both times company came out, did the job. The guarantee is for 30 days, and both times a few gophers came back. The company was called, additional treatment was done promptly and gophers didn't come back (2nd time--we are still within 30 days). <br /> They use a chemical that they put into the ground and then water--I guess it turns to gas. So you need to keep kids/pets away for a bit. They also recommend some more watering on your own. <br />"

"We used Lloyd's at our last home for many years and they were always great. Moving into a new home, we requested a termite inspection after being here for six years, concerned that if there were termites, we would like to have them eradicated early before any damage occurred. Karissa at the office set us up with an appointment promptly and was very professional at each contact. Enter Michelle their inspector. If I could give her 10 stars it would still be too little. First, Michelle arrived early after first phoning us asking if that would be okay. She arrived looking very professional and was courteous, professional, personable and so knowledgeable about pest control. She explained the inspection process, asked if we knew of any problem areas and started her inspection. Thorough, even explained the double screening in the attic was a good extra preventive measure, wore gloves and left everything spotless. Walked out to her truck and it too was spotless, showing great pride in not only her, but also company vehicle appearance. Thankfully we are termite free, and I would use Lloyd anytime in the future we have pests or even concerns about pests. We just would ask they send Michelle the next time for sure."

"Really easy for the exterminator.  I already knew of the areas of termite infestation inside and outside of the house, I even captured termites from the base board to show the exterminator.  The termites were found in a wide area of the house and it was determined the house had to be tented.  The exterminator spent approximately 30 minutes at the house talking about the tenting process.  When a house has to be tented, the exterminator sub-contracts a fumigator.  So the actual termite mitigation was done by the fumigation service versus the exterminating service.  The fumigator was as professional as the exterminator.  I called three exterminators to give me an assessment and Ecola was the most professional and experienced of the three. <br />"
