"We had a difficult time getting our schedules to coordinate but he did a nice job of fixing the areas. He also used some of his own materials, saving me money. Once we finally started the work, he was fast and efficient.

"Not only did Steve offer to come out (free of charge) a few days before the appliance delivery to check our hook ups and make sure no additional parts were needed, but he was extremely flexible when the appliance delivery and necessary electrical work wasn't completed by the time he was scheduled to come. He was courteous, punctual, and did a quality job. I trusted him being alone in the house and appreciated that he left things clean and neat when he left.
We've been having a lot of work done in our house and have dealt with several rude, non-punctual and messy contractors -- it was a pleasure and a blessing to work with Integrity Plumbing. From start to finish they made our experience an easy, hassle-free one. Best of all, he emailed me a copy of my invoice -- saving me the hassle of trying to find a place to file the receipt!"

"After removing all the cabinet doors, they began prepping the outside of the cabinets. And then began cutting and gluing, which is a white laminate, to the outside.  Their application and cutting were very precise and very well done.  All doors and hardware were attached.

Next they proceeded with the countertops.  Since we were not installing granite, just new Formica, they were able the remove the old Formica and then lay the new on the existing base.

They then proceeded to install the new garbage disposal, double sink and faucet set.

The product is holding up very well.  I was a bit leery of going with white, but that's what I wanted, and I am extremely pleased at how easy it is to keep clean.  It still looks brand new!

We have nothing but praise for Sears and their personnel.  The saleslady was extremely helpful in guiding me to make the right choices.  As I said previously, we are also very pleased with the installers.  They would be welcomed into our home for more work if needed.

They did a complete and excellent cleanup, including hauling away the old cabinet doors for disposal.  Overall, I think the job took only two (or three) days.

Overall we are extremely pleased with the job.  Not only has it added value to our home, but it has added value to our enjoyment of our home.

Price wise, they were over two other estimates.  However, those were individual contractors; we weren't able to check them out. The extra we paid was well worth the security we felt by dealing with a well known company and knowing if a problem occurred, they would make it right.  The difference in the estimates was only about $2,000.00."

"The repair went great. Having done plumbing I could see the work performed was totally correct. Thanks"

"It went fantastically well, It did not take him long to find the problem and then solve it. He came in and look under the sink. Went under the house found the pipe shook it and said here is the problem. Hr removed a section of the pipe and found the stoppage removed it , repaired pipe and sink workes like new. Very knowledgeable and professional."

"Takes a while to get ahold of them to get in system. I found them to be fair in determining whether to make a repair or replace. Very fair and reasonable, They are clear on what is and isn’t covered."

"Working with Rob was great! He came in and did a free estimate. All along the way my husband helped him and worked along side of him. He encouraged us to do as many thing as we could to save money in the long run. My husband did all the things he felt comfortable doing and had time to do. We started this project in the beginning of October and wrapped up mid November. The project could have been completed sooner but due to my husbands work schedule Rob worked mostly half days throughout the project. He was very flexible and honest with his time. The cost included his labor, materials he purchased and the cost to dumping the trailer twice. I would say the cost for labor alone was about $3K. As described in the detail above he helped get the demo started, complete it, framed out the area according to our design request, hung the drywall, sanded all the walls and ceilings, hung new doors and all the trim. We were very pleased with the quality of his work and recommend him for future work and plan to hire him for other projects in our home."

"Alvie and his partner did a great job of getting my stuck sliding glass door functional again. Good communication and cost were positives. I’ll use him again."

"Sales and support staff super friendly, helpful, fun to talk to. Work team was fantastic, professional, did good work and kept me in the loop at all times. Foreman consulted me on several decisions that needed to be made on the fly."
