"House plans where given at the beginning of the project and the rough plumbing was installed incorrectly the first bill was then changed and charged more for their own mistake . The final plumbing and hook up they did not flush the lines before hooking up which resulted in a broken water heater and softner that they would not pay for. Up on final completion 3y of the project the rocks in the line are still causing problems and the toilet in the guest room is still more then 8" away from the place it was supposed to be set (after the bill was increased to fix this) . The only drain they supplied was black , the paint that was spayed on it to make it look black is chipped away and looks like a child installed it , the outdoor faucet has broke inside and water ran all summer until we fixed it , he then doubled the charge of the final bill for no work that was performed and lied about why it was owed to a collection agency. Don't use this company the owner is a crook. The work was awful! "
