"Jimmy and his team at Mr. Rooter were outstanding. I called 4 providers and the folks at Mr. Rooter were the only company that could actually find the blockage in my sewer line and identify the problem. Tree roots had penetrated the 48 year old line in 3 places. They had the new line installed and inspected within 2 days. Their equipment is top of the line and powerful and every one of their techs were knowledgeable and professional. Call these folks first if you have a sewer back up!"

"Jeremy assessed the problem and gave us a few scenarios with prices. Before jumping to the most expensive solution, he suggested replacing the toilet first (and explained why). When asked, he recommended an $89 toilet at Lowes and told us why - this alone saved money. When he came back 3 days later (to fit our schedule), he removed the toilet and looked in the lines, only to find a root/vines. But instead of jumping to the conclusion of a broken line, he investigated further to find the pipes weren't broken at all. After a quick clean out and installing the new toilet, he was done. It took only 2.5 hours. Jeremy was professional, friendly, and forthcoming with information. We would definitely call him again and easily recommend him."
