"This is the Best, Sewer, Septic tank, Lateral Lines out of Overland Park KS that Services Kansas n Missouri. They are very prompt at the inspection, Quote design n installation that I have ever seen in years. Mark n his team were fantastic n quick. They even dealt with the County that was on us. I totally recommend Mark Sheppard n team for any Lateral Lines. Sewer, Septic n Pirana Install around. Their price beat anyone else's n their work was extravagantly awesome. Everyone else wanted to do unnecessary work n install we didn't need. Quality Septic concentrated on the actual issue n problem and quoted only what was needed. Others wanted to do stuff not needed or required. Thank you so Much Quality Sewer n Septic for taking extremely awesome care of my backyard n job. I totally recommend anyone to call them 1st you won't be disappointed n will definitely want them to do your job. They were very friendly, understanding n reassured us they will have our back n get it taken care of correctly. An they did 100% of it. Unlike the others"

"At first, I was really impressed with Biff?s communication and straight forward approach. They removed my old driveway and installed a new driveway and walk path to the front door. The install side was straight forward and there were only a few issues that they forgot to address when the concrete was poured. All in all, I was satisfied with their work until after I went to get a permit to build onto a separate pad that they poured. The city informed me that it did not meet code and when speaking with Biff on how to remedy the issue, he stated that he would review the code and let me know how we can fix it. Unfortunately, this was our last communication as Biff refused to respond to any communication efforts. I emailed, texted, and called over a dozen times during a 2 month period and received not even a courtesy call in response. To ghost a customer that had paid for a pad that can?t be used shows an extreme lack of integrity and professionalism."

"Iâ ve read the reviews on this company and everyone has rated them 5 stars. I donâ t understand this. We are nearly a month in trying to get septic plans and I still donâ t have them. They tell me a date. The next week I call, of course no one ever answer the phone, I get and email saying itâ s going to be longer. Soil test was already completed we talking plans only. In the time Iâ ve been waiting for the plans, Iâ ve already paid for so I can obtain a permit through Jackson County, the house could have had the slab poured and the entire house framed. No joke. I could be running electrical now but instead Iâ m still waiting for them to draw plans so I can get a permit Good luck. Maybe donâ t pay them upfront."
