"Mike did a great job repairing my washer. He explained what happened and gave me some general maintenance tips. He was able to come out same day, and the price was very reasonable, especially since it was a Sunday. Customer service was great, and Mike was very friendly (even though my dog tried to tackle him)! 10/10 would recommend."

"The other guys did a fantastic job fixing my broken dishwasher. They were quick to reply (45 mim ) to my issue and setup a time to inspect. Once the issue was identified my dishwasher was repaired the next day (he had to get parts). I will be recommending the other guys to friends and family for sure! After my interaction with them their mission statement of "honest repairs at a reasonable rate" is true."

"I had Nate out because I smelled something electrical burning when I ran my 5 year old LG washing machine. He was running behind but called me to let me know. I appreciated the call. He was very considerate and respectful to my husband and I. We ran a short cycle but of course it wasnâ t going to smell with a repairman there. He looked all around the washer, climbed behind it, took off the back, and looked all over for burn marks or something melted. He even tried sniffing for a burn smell. He found nothing. He did explain why I may have overloaded the washer in a bulky cycle so I will watch it from now on. We were only charged a trip charge and he even APOLOGIZED for not being able to find a problem but he said he wasnâ t going to make up something just to get more money. Itâ s hard to find someone honest nowadays! I would definitely recommend Nate to others. I would hire him again."

"Mason provided excellent and timely service. He explained what he was doing, gave reasonable timelines, and my washer repair was successfully completed. I would definitely use Appliance Wizardz again."

"Jewell is very kind and thorough. He was able to find the issue with my dishwasher, fix it and was on his way. There was a mix-up on the communication of how the charges were handled. Nothing crazy, just a mis-communication. I suggest that costs be discussed thoroughly and understood prior to scheduling. I would recommend CPC Repair for appliance repairs."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Jeff was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I have already told a couple of friends that I have a good recommendation for appliance repair if needed. I will certainly keep his number handy."

"Excellent service. The repairman at first did no have the opportunity and was going to finish the next day.which was fine. But he called back and said he could come back that day. That was awesome. I needed my dryer! The problem was reasonable as well. Iam more than pleased."

"Explained everything. Saved me money on repair. The cost for just coming out was a little high."
