"Polestar Plumbing was the first company to answer my Angi search for service. I&#39;d seen their name around before and decided to give them a try. They did great work and fixed the 2 faucet problems I had originally called on them for. Unfortunately, when Joe the plumber went to the basement to turn off the water, he discovered that my floor drain had backed up. After fixing the primary job, he did some trouble-shooting and determined that it as a blockage in the sewer service line. He was unable to fix it but called the shop and they were able to arrange for a second crew to come out and auger out the sewer line. Both jobs were done great except for a little staining of the carpet (which they came back and fixed). My only hesitation at giving them a 5 star rating is because I thought they were a little on the expensive side."
