"I live in a town home community, and 4 units (including mine) were experiencing the serious failure of a two-story exterior brick facade. It was becoming a dangerous situation and needed prompt attention. We met with several brick experts to diagnose the problem and discuss how to repair or replace the wall. The crew cleaned old mortar from existing bricks and reused all that were salvageable. Did not rush the job, and left the area clean afterwards. Owner stayed in communication throughout the project, immediately notified me when there would be a delay due to circumstances beyond his control (weather, staff out sick). Price bid for project was reasonable, certainly worth the quality of work done. Would certainly hire again and refer to others."
