"The whole process was about a month from start to finish with a little more than 1 day being the actual roof install. I decided to go with Premier at the three week mark. I told Thaddaeus we were ready to sign the contract the morning after the four tornadoes hit. I didn't think I'd get my roof done any time soon because of the tornado damage elsewhere. Regardless, he sent the contract over, I signed, and we were scheduled in a week for a 1 day job. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me."

"What can I say about this company other than WOW!!! Talk about customer service and quality work. I searched around for a roofer and got three estimates. B&W came in the lowest, but what surprised me is that the other two companies said they would price match them. Also the other companies that estimated higher had less warranty on labor, lesser quality shingles, and took off items that B&W included. Why not give your best estimate and not an inflated one? Going cheap is not always best, but I looked at B&W's existing reviews and they became my choice. B&W fit me in their schedule (holidays) b/c my house was in the middle of a sale and the roof needed to be replaced. They worked with me with payment options and communicated with me throughout the whole process. If you are looking for an honest company look no further than B&W!!!! PS: They are also military friendly!!!!"

"Brady Maddox responded very quickly to my inquiries. (He was late once, no biggie). He provided an estimate for work which was more thorough than I had from other roofers and once I committed to using his company was very accommodating about getting it done at the earliest possible date. The price was also higher than estimates from other roofers but then he did more work also so I think it was worth it. He and an assistant got the work done in 1 day. I am still waiting for a downpour to test whether the leaks are actually fixed but as I said he seemed to do a good job.
