"EVERYONE I talked to (Robert, Ruby, Rose, Albert, Chris, Ray) were very attentive to my needs. My original HVAC was over 20 years old and very inefficient. Robert gave me a bid with several different choices. I selected the RUUD since that's what I had originally. SA Specialties arrived 10 minutes early and waited outside until the agreed upon arrival time! They were pleasant and even offered to share their pizza with me for lunch! The plumber said the standing water was too high and the fill valve needed to be replaced at the cost of $175. I googled the valve and it costs $7.98 at Home Depot. "I spoke with Joe about the problems I was having with my septic tank and he offered to come by the following day to look at the system. He gave me a two hour window when he would arrive and did not show. I did not get a phone call until about two hours past the window when I was told by a lady from the office that he had gotten caught up in an emergency and hadn't been able to make keep the appointment. Totally understandable. She said he would be by later in the week and he did come by a couple of days later. He was here only a couple of minutes, took some pictures of the yard, and texted me that he would send me an estimate (for what he didn't say but I assume it was for a new system) after the weekend as he was going out of town. I told him I would like to discuss options before simply replacing my traditional system and Joe assured my he would call to discuss options and his recommendation the following Tuesday. I never heard from him again, nor did I receive an estimate. This all worked to my advantage ultimately because it prompted me to find another company who subsequently fixed the problem without replacing my system."
