"Turned out that the fix was simple -- but we wouldn't have known what to do without advice from the technician. Really appreciate the service and expertise! Only complaint was that the tech took unnecessary time asking about products we use in the dishwasher. We have no complaints about the quality of washing and drying we are getting, and we're committed to using products that don't scratch or perfume our dishes or harm the water supply. Technician asked what we use and told us to "throw that away" and use recommended products. I can understand that certain products are recommended with certain makes of appliances -- but it would have taken 20 seconds to tell us what the recommended products are without having our choices criticized. Overall, we were thrilled to be able to get sound advice/help over the phone. Thank you for offering this service! And we will definitely call again if we run into trouble."

"After my brief explanation of the problem, Jose said he was fairly sure that the problem was with a safety switch. And it was. He demonstrated that the oven would not trip the breaker when the switch was disabled. He did not have the exact part and installed a similar to see if it would work. It didn't so he ordered the switch plus two other low-cost switches which he expected would fail in the near future. He hoped they would be delivered so he could have the oven operational before Thanksgiving. The next day I had a voice mail from the office indicating the switches had arrived. I didn't listen to the voice mail until 7:00pm and planned on calling first thing next morning. Shortly after 8:30pm, the office manager called again to see if she could schedule installation of the switches. We scheduled for the next day. Jose came, installed switches, and everything worked. When he replaced one of the other two switches, he found that one had failed earlier which assures the microwave will not function with the door open. Since we had never attempted such an operation, we did not know it had failed. Jose's thoroughness eliminated a potential hazard and a future service call. We are elated to know that First Priority exists and lives up to its name. They responded quickly, thoughtfully, and we felt that they believed and acted as if we are their first priority. Costs were below my expectations and more than competitive with others who provided similar labor intensive repairs (plumbing, electrical, etc)."

"I called as early as 6:30 this morning and the dispatcher Debbie called back within minutes. She was friendly and took down my information. I knew what needed to be repaired and she said she would let her technician know and he would call me back before 8 am. Shane called back before 8 and said he would try to locate the part I needed and would let me know if he could find it locally. Within 15 minutes, he called and said he had located the part and would drive to my home in Henderson. He was there by 11 am! It is about an hours drive from Diana, so I am very impressed at how quickly he could help. I am very pleased to have my washer repaired today and the professional service. He gave a breakdown of the cost of his trip, the part price, and his labor fees. No hidden surprises. I strongly recommend using their quick, friendly, and professional service!

"The service associate was very polite.  He arrived within the scheduled time.  After he looked at my stove, he told me there wasn't a problem with my stove and that the problem was actually electrical in nature.  I appreciated his honesty and it allowed me to promptly have the problem fixed.

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Trevor showed up two hours later than the scheduled time but he made up for it with his friendliness and professionalism. He wrote everything down for me and stated my units looked and ran really good. I didn't need any freon or anything. I plan on using Vetter air in the fall as well to service my heaters.
